Rights and Permissions

We are happy to grant rights and permissions to nonprofit organizations. Commercial rights will be considered on a case by case basis. If you have already borrowed material, we would like to know. Most likely we will be able to grant permission retroactively.

Guidelines

1. Please request permission before publishing work. All rights foreign and domestic, for publication in any medium, including derivative works, is reserved by dbpeds.org and the Pediatric Development and Behavior Homepage.
2. Refer to the specific URL, title, or reference number, if available.
3. Complete the form on this page, and submit your request. You can print this page and send it by postal mail, or send us an email message with your request.
• Wait for our acknowledgment of rights and permissions (written or electronic) before publication.
• Rights are usually granted for single use and are not transferable.
• We require approval for any changes in content. This is not usually a problem unless there has been a significant change in the meaning.
• For bylined articles, authors should be acknowledged specifically. In addition to including the byline, please include the text below
